Raspberry & White Chocolate Scone Recipe

What You’ll Need
- 250g (90z) self raising flour;
- 45g (20z) caster sugar;
- 40g (20z) unsalted butter;
- 50g (20z) raspberries;
- 100g (40z) white choc chunks;
- 1 x medium egg;
- 2tsp vanilla; and
- 75ml whole milk.
Method
- Preheat oven to 220C;
- Line baking tray with parchment;
- Sieve flour into large bowl and then add the sugar, butter and vanilla and rub until a breadcrumb consistency;
- Combine milk and egg into a jug and whisk then slowly add to the bowl mixing with a round ended knife until a dough forms. Knead a little until smooth;
- Press or roll until 3-4cm thick then cut using a 5cm round cutter;
- Place on tray and bake for 15-20 minutes; and
- Let them cool slightly, and then ENJOY.
