What You’ll Need

– 250g (90z) self raising flour
– 45g (20z) caster sugar
– 40g (20z) unsalted butter
– 50g (20z) raspberries
– 100g (40z) white choc chunks
– 1 x medium egg
– 2tsp vanilla
– 75ml whole milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 220C
  • Line baking tray with parchment
  • Sieve flour into large bowl and then add the sugar, butter and vanilla and rub until a breadcrumb consistency
  • Combine milk and egg into a jug and whisk then slowly add to the bowl mixing with a round ended knife until a dough forms. Knead a little until smooth
  • Press or roll until 3-4cm thick then cut using a 5cm round cutter
  • Place on tray and bake for 15-20 minutes
  • Let them cool slightly, and then ENJOY!
