Meringue Recipe

What you'll need:

  • 100g caster sugar
  • 75g icing sugar
  • 3 large egg whites

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 130C/110C (fan)
  • Put egg whites into clean bowl and whisk until they form stiff glossy peaks, then add the sugar mix one spoonful at a time…
  • Grab a freezer bag, squeeze a little colour around the bag, then spoon in meringue mix and squeeze
  • Bake for 1.5 – 2 hours until you can peel them off the greaseproof
