We’re not going to give away our signature cookie dough, but we do want to help those mini (and not so mini) bakers out there. So here’s a cookie recipe that you can try at home…

What You’ll Need

• 150g butter
• 80g caster sugar
• 120g light brown sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 225g plain flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp bicarb of soda

Method

• Cream butter and both sugars
• Add egg yolk
• Add flour, bicarb & baking powder
• Mix until it comes together into a cookie dough texture
• Add choc chunks or sweet treat

Baking

• Set your oven to 170C no fan or 180C fan assisted oven
• Weigh out 85G per cookie (or just wing it!)
• Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and soft in the middle
