Our cookie boxes have been designed to be received directly by the recipient to give the ultimate WOW factor when it arrives on your doorstop. But if you need to gift it on or hide it from someone at your address we can add a gift bag to your order for just 50p. This gift bag will protect your packaging and allow you to give the gift of cookies in our amazing bespoke packaging.

We will pipe literally ANYTHING onto a cookie!!! Rude, crude, cute, corny… you decide. We also pipe important questions, so if you’re looking to ask something in a unique way then we’ve got you covered!

Our cookies are baked fresh on the date of dispatch and there is a two-week (14 day) shelf life. There is a best before date provided in the packaging.

Currently we do not offer a free from cookie range. We are working on developing this, but as we have a small space, we cannot ensure there will be no cross contamination.

Once you order, we ship within one working day and dispatch our cookies via Royal Mail. We offer three different Royal Mail shipping options throughout the UK — Tracked24, Tracked48 and Next Day Delivery.

We ship your orders, baked fresh Monday-Friday. Cut off time for Royal Mail Tacked24 is 8am, and for Next Day Delivery is 12 Noon. If you have more flexibility over your dates, you can select our Tracked48 option.

Tracked24 — this can take 1-3 working days; on average 97% delivered the next working day.
Tracked48 — aims to deliver in 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery — guaranteed on your chosen delivery day; requires a signature.

For Ireland shipping, we bake fresh and send with our trusted courier. Deliveries typically take between 3-4 working days.

Yes, of course. At the checkout we have a delivery selector which facilitates advanced ordering. You pick your date and we ship for arrival on or just before the date requested.

However, please note if you use express payments (google & apple pay) that these be baked and shipped on the first available delivery date.

Although we offer personalisation on our cookie card designs, we don’t yet offer custom designs — our customers can usually find something that suits their event.

For corporate offers, we can provide custom bespoke designs when ordered in bulk.
